T-bolts are divided into two types: Type I and Type II. Type I is used for normal assembly or when the height adjustment amount is not more than 5mm, and Type II is used when the height adjustment amount exceeds 5mm.
Gauge baffle
Gauge baffles are divided into two models: No. 31 and No. 35. For standard gauge, No. 31 is used on the outer side and No. 35 is used on the inner side.
Under-rail pads are divided into six specifications according to thickness: 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm and 11mm. The 6mm one is used for normal installation.
Installation recommendations: Before large-scale on-site installation, it is recommended to first take 10 rails for trial installation to measure the actual installation torque at which the elastic clips can be installed in place, and then carry out large-scale installation using the average value of the actual installation torque. During installation, use a torque-controlled wrench or tool to prevent excessive torque from causing residual deformation of the elastic clips and damage to the insulated gauge blocks, or insufficient torque from resulting in improper installation of the elastic clips.
Special reminder: During the laying process of sleepers, all exposed fastener components should be packaged with appropriate protective measures to keep them clean and prevent rusting.
