Rail Fastener Quality Inspection
As rail fastener to ensure the safety of railway operation, their quality directly affects the safety performance of trains. GNEE attaches great importance to the quality control of rail fastener products. For each batch of railroad fasteners produced, corresponding tests will be carried out. For fishplate, rail clip and rail track, the main test items include tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness and so on. For rail bolts and screw spikes, the main inspection items include length dimension, thread precision, and mechanical properties. For railway sleepers and iron rail pads, tests such as lateral vibration, fatigue, and stress durability are mainly performed.
