Casting Rail Shoulders
The cast-in shoulder is made from cast iron and is pre-embedded in concrete sleepers. It works in conjunction with elastic clips to fasten the rail securely.
There are three material types used for cast-in shoulders:
·M.C.I. shoulder made from malleable cast iron
·S.G.C.I. shoulder made from spheroidal graphite cast iron
Other available materials include: QT600-3, QT700-2, ZG25, ZG35, ZG45, and more.
