Railway fish plates, rail bolts and nuts
Railway fish plates are used for joining two rails together from the same or different sections. We can produce various kinds of fishplates for different standards of rails, including the UIC54, IC60, GB50, S49, 115RE, 136RE, which are produced most often. We can also produce fish bolts and nuts.

Rail Spike
Railroad spike, also known as railway spike or track spike. It is the critical part of railway fasteners, which are used to fix the railway track and pressed against the railway bed. The railroad spike is a kind of metal spike with mechanical properties, it is widely applied in railway construction and maintenance. Railroad spike uses the finest carbon steel as raw material, forging uniformly, and adopting continuous isothermal electric furnace quenching treatment. Therefore, there are some good performances, it has a superior quality of strong durability, and it has sufficient strength to hold the rail in the position.

Rail Clip
Rail clip, or called elastic rail clip, is used to fasten steel rails to the underlying tie plate. Through bending and distortion, rail clip can put pressure on the rail, which prevents longitudinal movement of the rail, either from changes in temperature or through vibration. In general, rail clips are made of forged spring steel produced by hot forging process. Because of the most uniform microstructure, the forged rail clips are considered to be better than other metal forming process.

Rail Pad
Rail pads, originally called sole plates, are elastic polyurethane mats assembled between steel rails and rail sleepers to protect the sleeper top from wearing and impacting. The starting stiffness of rail pads is designed not to be high so that their relative deformation under the spring clip toe loads is greatly substantial. This mechanism guarantees the rail pad maintaining in close contact with the rail despite of any vertical movements of the latter.

Rail anchor
A rail anchor is used to clamp onto the base of rail snug against the crosstie both sides. It is produced in one-piece from spring steel, aiming to eliminate the track sliding or expanding or contracting.
