In what scenarios can railway fastener systems be purchased

The selection of railway fastener systems needs to be combined with track type, load level and working condition requirements. The following scenarios are core application areas.

New railway projects are the basic procurement scenarios. Whether it is a heavy-duty freight line (such as a line with an axle weight of 25t or more), a high-speed railway, or an urban light rail, a matching fastener system is required. 60kg and 75kg heavy rail lines need to select 10.9-grade bolts and high-strength spring bars to ensure impact resistance; urban light rails are equipped with light fasteners to balance the tightening force and shock absorption requirements to ensure the initial installation accuracy of the track.

Fasteners must be replaced for track overhaul and renovation projects. When the existing line fasteners have spring bar fatigue (the buckle pressure drops by more than 30%), bolt rust, or the gauge baffle wear exceeds the limit, the system needs to be replaced as a whole. For example, when the heavy-duty railway is overhauled every 10 years, the synchronous upgrade of fasteners can restore the lateral resistance of the track to the design standard to avoid gauge instability due to aging of accessories.

Special working condition lines need to be customized. For sections with a curve radius of ≤800m, reinforced spring bars (buckle pressure ≥18kN) should be used to resist centrifugal force; hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion fasteners should be purchased in humid or coastal areas to improve corrosion resistance; low-temperature tough spring bars (-40℃ impact energy ≥27J) should be used in high-cold areas to prevent low-temperature brittle fracture.

Temporary rail projects also need to be purchased in a targeted manner. Temporary transportation lines in mines and construction sites can use economical fasteners that take into account installation convenience and basic fastening force; during emergency repairs, modular fasteners can be quickly assembled to shorten line recovery time and ensure transportation continuity.
