Typically, a complete rail fastening system refers to the fastening assembly on one side of a single sleeper. Thus, a single sleeper requires 2 sets of fastening systems, while securing the sleeper to the rails requires 4 sets of fastening systems.
2. Do you provide free samples of rail fastening systems?
Free samples are available for all types of rail fastening systems (SKL/KPO/Nabla/Fast/Fist, etc.) and railway components (Railway Screw Spike, Clip and Clamp, High Tensile Bolt with Nut and Washer, Rail Base/Tie Plate, Rail Fish Plate, Rail Shoulder, Rail Screw and Spike, Fish Bolt with Nut and Washer, Rail Dowel, Rubber and EVA Pad, etc.). However, freight charges are to be borne by the customer.
3. What is the surface treatment of your elastic rail clip fastening systems?
We provide different coating services based on client requirements: plain (oiled), spray painting in any color, black oxide, waxing, asphalt treatment, DHG (desulfurization), electro-galvanizing, etc. Both plain and black oxide treatments are standard options.
4. What are the payment terms for rail fastening systems?
We generally accept 30% advance payment, with the remaining 70% payable within 5 working days against copy of the bill of lading. Flexible payment methods are negotiable.
5. What is the delivery time?
It depends. If molds or products are in stock, the shortest delivery time can be 10 days or less. Otherwise, developing new products may take 30-40 days.
