Product Introduction
Wj-7 Elastic Clip Rail Track Fastener System is a split type shoulder-free fastener used on ballastless track of my country's high-speed railway. It is mainly used for ballastless track without shoulder.
System composition: It is composed of T-bolts, nuts, flat washers, spring bars, insulating blocks, iron pads, rail pads, insulating buffer pads, heavy spring washers, flat pads, anchor bolts and embedded sleeves. In order to adjust the height of the rail, it also includes rail height adjustment pads and iron pad height adjustment pads.
Spring clip: There are two types: W1 type (diameter 14mm, used in general areas) and X2 type (diameter 13mm, used when small resistance fasteners are used on bridges).
Rail clip: divided into A and B types. Category A is used for high-speed railways that also carry freight (thickness 12mm), and Category B is used for high-speed railways that only run passenger trains (thickness 14mm). Each category is divided into rubber pads and composite pads used when low-resistance fasteners are used on bridges.
