WJ-7 type fastener system consists of T shape-rail bolts, nuts, flat washers, w shape Rail Clips , insulating sleeves, iron rail pads, insulating cushion plates, under-rail pads, anchor bolts, heavy spring washers, flat washers and positioning on concrete sleepers or tracks.
Application: Mainly used for ballastless tracks without shoulders, and can be applied to embedded sleepers (including double-block sleepers and long sleepers) and slab ballastless tracks on bridges, tunnels and roadbeds. It can meet the requirements of passenger dedicated lines with a maximum speed of 350km/h; it can also meet the requirements of passenger dedicated lines with a maximum speed of 250km/h (taking into account freight); it can also meet the requirements of trucks with a maximum speed of 120km/h and a maximum axle weight of 250kN.

Elasticity and Rigidity
Different types of rail pads provide different elasticity and rigidity. For example, the static rigidity of Class B pads (only for running passenger cars) is generally around 20-26kN/mm, and the dynamic-static rigidity ratio has certain requirements (not more than 2.0), which can provide suitable elastic buffering for the track.

The buckling pressure of a single W1-type spring bar is greater than 9kN, and the elastic range is 14mm; the buckling pressure of a single X2-type spring bar is 6kN, and the elastic range is 12mm, which can effectively buckle the rail.

Adjustment capability
The track gauge adjustment is ±10mm; the height adjustment is -4/+26mm, and the adjustment level is 0.5mm. The use of filled pads can achieve stepless adjustment, which can better adapt to the size changes during track laying and operation.

Fatigue performance
After 3 million load cycles, the components are not damaged, the gauge expansion is less than 6mm, and the changes in buckle pressure, rail longitudinal resistance, joint static stiffness, etc. are within the specified range.
