Product Introduction

 

The type II rail fastening system consists of nuts, flat washers, type II elastic rail clamps, gauge baffles, rail plastic insulators, spikes, and rail pads.
In order to improve the strength and clamping force of the spring clip, high-quality spring steel 60SiCrVA is selected as the material of the type II spring clip, and the yield strength and tensile strength are increased by 42% and 36% respectively. The diameter of the spring clip is the same as that of the type I fastener, which is 13mm.

Type II Elastic Clip Fastening System Working Principle

  • Each set of fasteners buckle pressure ≥ 20 kN;

 

  • The longitudinal resistance of rails for each set of fasteners is not less than 9kN;

 

  • The fastener system shall not be damaged after 3 million load cycles, and the gauge length shall be less than 6 mm;

 

  • The left and right position adjustment of single steel rail: -8 ~ +6 mm, gauge adjustment: -16 ~ +12 mm; rail height adjustment: 10mm;

  • Select spring steels such as 60Si2CrA; ensure that the materials meet the standards through spectral analysis, tensile testing and metallographic testing.

 

  • After heating, the mold is formed to control the size; after quenching and hardening, the performance is optimized by tempering to improve elasticity and fatigue resistance.

 

  • Anti-corrosion such as hot-dip galvanizing is used; some are coated with anti-slip glue or anti-slip patterns to enhance the anti-corrosion and anti-loosening capabilities.
