Product Introduction
The SKL fastener system is the core component for achieving reliable connection between rails and sleepers in railway track engineering. It is composed of spring bars, rail pads, gauge baffles and other components. Through mechanical structural design, it can firmly lock the rails on the sleepers and effectively disperse the vertical pressure, lateral thrust and longitudinal tension generated by the train running. The system uses high-strength spring steel and modified nylon composite materials. The spring bar is treated with medium-frequency induction quenching, with a surface hardness of HRC58-62 and a 30% improvement in fatigue resistance.
SKL rail fastener system is widely used in ballasted track. The system consists of:
SKL spring bar: It is the core component, usually with models such as W14, made of high-quality spring steel, such as 60Si2MnA, and fastens the rail through its own elastic deformation to provide fastening pressure.
