Product Introduction
The KPO Track fastener system is a standardized fastening solution designed for railway track engineering, mainly divided into three specifications: KPO3, KPO6, and KPO9. The system consists of KPO clips, embedded screw spikes, high-strength hexagonal bolts and nuts, spring washers, and composite rubber pads.
Among them, the KPO clip is pressed from Q235 carbon structural steel, and the screw spikes and other load-bearing parts are made of 35# or 45# high-quality carbon steel according to the load-bearing requirements. The system is mainly used for rail fixing on ballasted and ballastless railway tracks, and can effectively resist the vibration and impact generated by train operation.
