Product Introduction
The type I elastic rail fastener system has a shoulder type and is suitable for 50, 60 kg/m steel rails. The fasteners are ω-shaped elastic clips, it is also called ω fastener. Adjust the track gauge with gauge cover and have a certain height adjustment capability.
The Type I elastic clip fastener is composed of elastic clips (except for the B-type elastic clip used at the 14th joint gauge retainer, the rest use A-type elastic clips), gauge retainers, retainer seats, under-rail padding plates, nuts, flat washers, and spiral spikes. It may also include under-rail elevating pads. The connection diagram of the fastener is shown as follows:

Product Application
The Type I railway fastening system is mainly applied to the straight lines of passenger-freight joint railways and the lines with a curve radius of not less than 295m. It is suitable for the ballasted tracks with concrete sleepers for 50kg/m steel rails. Meanwhile, it can also be used for the tracks with 60kg/m steel rails laid with seamless lines, and is suitable for the seamless line tracks with 60kg/m steel rails laid on the straight lines of standard-gauge railways or the curves with a radius R≥350m and shoulderless concrete sleeper rails.
