System composition: usually composed of SKL spring clips, clip plates, insulating gauge blocks, rubber pads, spiral spikes and other components. Taking SKL-12 as an example, it is a separate fastener for sleeper track plates without concrete shoulders. Separate screw holes are set at both ends of the ribbed base plate, which is connected to the sleeper/track plate with turnout bolts. The ribbed plate is provided with a T-bolt insertion seat and shoulder, and the elastic clip is fixed by tightening the nut of the T-bolt.
