The SKL12 spring rail fastening system is a typical spring rail fastener device in railway track construction, which is mainly used to firmly fix the rails on concrete sleepers or track plates. The system consists of standard components such as the main spring bar, insulating gauge block, rubber pad, anchor bolt and embedded casing, and the components are connected by mechanical bite.
The spring bar is made of high-quality spring steel through cold rolling and heat treatment process. It has stable elastic recovery performance and can maintain a constant buckle pressure during long-term use. The gauge block is made of high-strength nylon material, which not only ensures electrical insulation performance, but also can withstand the lateral impact force when the train passes. The whole system is designed with scientific mechanics to evenly distribute the buckle pressure on the bottom of the rail, effectively preventing rail creep and gauge expansion.
