1. System Composition
A complete WJ-8 fastening unit for ballastless track with shoulder consists of: spiral spikes, flat washers, spring bars (elastic clips), insulating blocks, gauge baffles, rail pads, iron pads, elastic pads under the iron pads, and embedded sleeves positioned in the concrete sleeper or track plate. When adjusting rail height, height-adjustment pads are inserted as required.
