For railway fasteners with special coatings, the "paper box nesting packaging method" is adopted. To prevent the coating from being scratched, a single fastener is first placed in a customized paper groove box, the inside of which is sprayed with an anti-static coating, and the box wall thickness reaches 2 mm. Then, multiple groove boxes are neatly placed in a hard cardboard box, the bottom and sides of the box are padded with soft foam boards, and the gaps in the box are filled with bubble film. After sealing the box, a fragile warning label is affixed to the outside of the carton to remind it to be handled with care during transportation.
