Tips for Replacing Screw Spikes in Rail Sleepers

Remove old parts – Use a wrench to remove nuts, plates, and pads.
Take out spikes – Remove screw spikes with a wrench; for broken ones, burn out sulfur and clear the hole.
Prepare hole – Ensure 140–160 mm depth, clean, and fill with molten sulfur.
Install spike – Place anchor frame, insert screw spike vertically, then let sulfur solidify.
Finish – Clean excess sulfur, oil the screw, reinstall pads and plates, and tighten nuts.
