The rail fastening system is an important part of the railroad track structure composed of various rail fasteners (OTM materials). Its main function is to firmly fix the rails on the sleepers or track plates to ensure the stability of the rails.The fastener system can be divided into multiple types according to the track type, usage scenario, and material, and is equipped with different components.
WJ-7 Fastening System
A separated shoulderless fastening system designed for ballastless tracks, compatible with CRTSⅠ slab-type or *CRTS double-block SK-1 sleeper* applications.
The WJ-7 fastening system consists of T-bolt, nut, flat washer, clip, insulating block, baseplate, rail pad (rubber pad or composite pad), insulating cushion plate, heavy-duty spring washer, flat spacer, anchor bolt, and embedded sleeve. It may also include rail leveling pads (or filling-type pads) and baseplate leveling pads.

WJ-8 Fastening System
An integrated shouldered fastening system designed for ballastless tracks, compatible with CRTSⅡ slab-type, CRTSⅢ slab-type, or *CRTS double-block SK-2 sleeper* applications.
The WJ-8 fastening system comprises a screw spike, flat washer, clip, insulated gauge block, gauge plate, rail pad, baseplate, elastic baseplate pad, and embedded sleeve. Additionally, to accommodate rail height adjustment, it includes rail leveling shims and baseplate leveling pads.
