There are the following differences between QU80 and QU100 crane rails:
Dimensions:
QU80: Rail height 130mm, top width 80mm, top width 92mm, bottom width 130mm, waist thickness 32mm.
QU100: Rail height 150mm, top width 100mm, top width 108mm, bottom width 150mm, waist thickness 38mm. It can be seen that the various dimensional parameters of QU100 are greater than QU80, and the overall structure is more robust.
Carrying capacity:
QU80: Suitable for medium and heavy cranes, can withstand certain loads, but the carrying capacity is slightly weaker than QU100.
QU100: Mainly used for large and heavy cranes, such as port cranes, etc. Its larger size and weight enable it to withstand larger loads and more frequent lifting operations.
Application scenarios:
QU80: Commonly used for crane rails in general factories, warehouses and other places. The crane lifting weight and frequency of use in these places are relatively moderate, and QU80 rails can meet their working requirements.

QU100: More used in large ports, mines, large steel mills and other places with high requirements for crane load capacity, and can adapt to the huge loads and impacts generated by frequent lifting and braking of large cranes.

Processing difficulty:
QU80: Due to its relatively small size and weight, the processing difficulty is slightly lower than QU100 during rolling, forging, welding and other processing, and the processing cost may also be relatively low.
QU100: Due to its larger specifications and weight, it requires larger processing equipment and stricter process control during the processing process, which is more difficult to process and the processing cost will be correspondingly higher.
