Nabla Spring Clip​

The Nabla Spring Clip is the core component of the entire system. It is usually made of special alloy spring steel, which has excellent elasticity and high strength. In actual operation, the high-frequency vibration and huge impact force generated by the train continuously act on the track. The Nabla Spring Clip can effectively buffer these external forces with its good elastic deformation ability. When the train passes, the spring clip undergoes elastic deformation, absorbs and disperses energy, prevents the rail from being displaced or damaged due to excessive force, and accurately maintains the gauge and geometric position of the rail.

Connecting Steel Plate​

The connecting steel plate acts as a bridge between the rail and the sleeper in the system. It is generally made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant steel. Its design shape and size are precisely calculated to adapt to different types of rails and sleepers. The connecting steel plate firmly connects the Nabla Spring Clip to the sleeper through specific bolts or rivets, so that the load transmitted from the rail is evenly distributed to the sleeper, enhancing the stability of the entire track structure.

Plastic substrate (Taking Nabla Tram system as an example)​

In the Nabla Tram fastener system used in urban trams and light rail, the lightweight plastic substrate is a major feature component. It is made of special engineering plastics and has the advantages of light weight, good insulation and wear resistance. The light weight makes the construction process more convenient, which can greatly shorten the track laying time and reduce the interference with urban traffic. At the same time, the plastic substrate is designed with an exhaust system consisting of pores and channels, which can be effectively inserted into dry mix or fresh concrete to ensure that the concrete is filled evenly and avoid defects such as voids.

Accessories such as bolts, nuts and washers​

These seemingly inconspicuous accessories are also indispensable in the Nabla railway fastener system. Bolts and nuts are used to fasten various components to make them tightly connected into a whole. They are generally made of high-strength alloy steel, have good fatigue resistance, and can remain tightened under long-term train load cycles. Washers play a role in dispersing pressure and preventing nuts from loosening, ensuring the stability of the entire system.
