Nabla Spring Clip
The Nabla Spring Clip is the core component of the entire system. It is usually made of special alloy spring steel, which has excellent elasticity and high strength. In actual operation, the high-frequency vibration and huge impact force generated by the train continuously act on the track. The Nabla Spring Clip can effectively buffer these external forces with its good elastic deformation ability. When the train passes, the spring clip undergoes elastic deformation, absorbs and disperses energy, prevents the rail from being displaced or damaged due to excessive force, and accurately maintains the gauge and geometric position of the rail.

Connecting Steel Plate
The connecting steel plate acts as a bridge between the rail and the sleeper in the system. It is generally made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant steel. Its design shape and size are precisely calculated to adapt to different types of rails and sleepers.
