The installation quality of Nabla railway fastener system directly affects the performance of railway tracks and driving safety. Standard operation is the key to its performance.

Preparation before installation

Material inspection

Strict quality inspection is required for Nabla elastic springs, connecting steel plates, plastic substrates (if applicable), bolts and nuts and other parts. Check whether the springs have cracks and deformations to ensure that their materials meet the spring steel standards; the dimensional accuracy and corrosion resistance report of the connecting steel plates must meet the standards; the appearance and insulation performance of the plastic substrate must meet the requirements; the attached parts must not have defects such as rust and thread slip.

Tools and track pretreatment

Prepare tools such as high-precision torque wrenches and special crowbars. At the same time, clean the debris in the reserved holes of the sleepers and wipe the rail bearing parts to ensure that there is no oil or rust to create conditions for installation.

Installation process

Installation of basic components

First, use the positioning mold to accurately place the connecting steel plate on the sleeper, fix it with high-strength bolts or rivets, and operate strictly according to the torque requirements. Then place the Nabla elastic spring on the connecting steel plate and insert it into the rail slot with a crowbar to ensure that the elastic direction of the spring is adapted to the train load.

Installation of special components and accessories

For the Nabla Tram system, the plastic substrate needs to be placed between the connecting steel plate and the sleeper, paying attention to the direction of the exhaust system. When installing bolts, nuts and washers, follow the symmetrical cross tightening sequence, control the torque, and ensure that the components are evenly stressed.

Installation quality control and acceptance

Real-time inspection of each step during installation, such as the position of the connecting steel plate, bolt torque, and spring fit. After completion, a comprehensive acceptance is carried out to test the rail gauge and horizontality, spot check the bolt torque, and check the appearance of the system to ensure that all components are not damaged, the connection is tight, and it meets the design standards.
