Product Packaging & Delivery
When packaging heavy rails, first use a high-pressure air gun to remove the oxide layer and impurities on the surface of the rails to ensure that the cleanliness of the base material reaches the Sa2.5 standard. Then use a non-contact spraying device to evenly apply modified asphalt anti-rust oil, and the oil film thickness is strictly controlled within the range of 0.08-0.12mm.
The anti-rust packaging adopts a three-layer composite structure: the inner layer is anti-rust paper containing corrosion inhibitors, the middle layer is a polyethylene moisture-proof film, and the outer layer is 450g/m² industrial canvas. The steel belt bundling adopts a cross-fixing method, and the pre-tightening force of each steel belt is maintained at 3000±200N. The joints are double-locked with stainless steel fasteners. After the packaging is completed, a waterproof transport label is pasted in a prominent position, and the whole is packaged with heat shrink film. This packaging method extends the anti-rust period of heavy rails to 180 days while ensuring economy.
