QU Crane Rails
Crane rail: It is low in height, with large head width and waist thickness. Only the chemical composition and tensile strength need to be tested. It is used to lay crane rails and trolley rails.
The trolley rail of the crane must be fixed on the travel beam, and the trolley rail is fixed on the main beam. When the crane is running, the rail cannot move horizontally and vertically, and the rail must be easy to adjust.

U71Mn Crane Rails
U71Mn, with its high strength and heavy load resistance, high wear and friction resistance, good weldability and easy installation, is perfectly adapted to the harsh working conditions of crane rails. 1. High strength and toughness, withstanding heavy loads and impacts
High strength: U71Mn is a high-manganese, low-alloy rail steel with a tensile strength of 880-1080 MPa and a yield strength of ≥380 MPa, far exceeding that of ordinary carbon steel (such as Q235). During crane operation, rails must withstand the weight of the load, vertical loads from the movement of trolleys and cranes, and lateral impacts. The high strength of U71Mn effectively resists deformation and fracture.
2. High wear resistance, extending service life
Crane rails are subject to constant rolling and sliding friction from wheels (especially during starting and braking). The high wear resistance of U71Mn reduces rail head wear and block loss, extending rail replacement intervals and reducing maintenance costs.
3. Highly cost-effective and widely applicable to various crane applications
U71Mn rails achieve a balance of strength, toughness, and wear resistance through an optimized composition (high manganese and low alloying), eliminating the need for excessive addition of precious alloying elements (such as chromium and nickel).
