Our standard export packaging solution for GB crane rails is mature and reliable. After cleaning, the rails are sprayed with quick-drying anti-rust oil and manually wrapped with anti-rust paper. The outer layer is sealed with a 0.2mm plastic film. The strapping is made of 7 galvanized steel wires and fixed with a manual tensioner. Plastic protective caps are added at both ends of each set of rails. The packaged rails are stacked in groups on plywood pallets.
