Product Introduction
QU series crane rails mainly include QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120 and other models, generally made of U71Mn, U75V and other steel grades. Taking U71Mn as an example, its tensile strength is greater than or equal to 880N/mm². Through reasonable chemical composition design and rolling, heat treatment and other processes, the rail has a higher hardness, can withstand the pressure and friction of the crane wheel, and resist wear and deformation.
