WJ-8 Clip for High Speed Railway System composition
The WJ-8 high-speed railway fastener system is a fastener system for high-speed railway shoulder-barless ballastless tracks.
Spiral spikes: divided into S2 and S3 types. S2 type is used for normal fastener installation or when the rail height adjustment is not more than 15mm, and S3 type is used when the height adjustment is more than 15mm.
Flat washers: generally made of Q235-A material, placed between the spiral spikes and the spring bars, play a role in evenly dispersing pressure and protecting the spring bars and iron pads.
Spring bars: There are two types: W1 type (diameter 14mm) and X2 type (diameter 13mm).
Insulation blocks: divided into type I and type II. Type I is used in general sections, and type II is used at rail joints. It is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon PA66, which can greatly improve the insulation performance of the fastener system.
Gauge baffle: There are gauge baffles for general sections and joint gauge baffles for clamping plates, which are used to maintain and adjust the gauge and also serve as insulation.
Rail pads: There are two types: rubber pads and composite pads, which provide the main elasticity for the fasteners and also play the role of buffering train loads.

Iron pads: They bear the vertical, lateral or longitudinal forces of the train transmitted from the spring bars or rail pads, and transmit the lateral force to the concrete shoulder through the gauge baffle.
Elastic pads under iron pads: They are divided into two types, A and B, with a thickness of 12mm. Class A elastic pads are used for high-speed railways that take into account freight, with a static stiffness of 355kN/mm; Class B elastic pads are used for high-speed railways that only run passenger cars, with a static stiffness of 233kN/mm.
Embedded sleeve: pre-buried in the sleeper or track slab, used to fix spiral spikes. The embedding accuracy should meet the requirements, and the top surface of the embedded sleeve should be flush with the sleeper or track slab bearing surface.
Product Packaging & Delivery
WJ-8 fasteners are classified by specifications and packed into numbered transparent plastic boxes. Each box is equipped with an elastic plastic clip to fix the goods. The plastic boxes are neatly stacked on an iron pallet with a magnetic layer to prevent the boxes from sliding. The pallet and the boxes are then wrapped with shrink film.
