Technical features
Good structural stability: Adopting elastic non-separated structure with iron pad, concrete sleeper or track plate bearing rail groove is equipped with shoulder, the lateral load from the rail is transmitted to the concrete shoulder through the iron pad and gauge baffle, which reduces the position of the lateral load and makes the structure more stable.
Excellent insulation performance: Insulation blocks are set between the shoulder and the rail on the iron pad, and gauge baffles are set between the iron pad and the concrete shoulder. Both are made of engineering plastics, which can effectively improve the insulation performance of the fastener system, prevent current leakage, and ensure the normal operation of the track circuit.
High elasticity and long life: Elastic cushion layer is set under the iron pad, which is made of long-life thermoplastic elastomer material, has good elasticity, can effectively buffer train loads, reduce fatigue damage of components, and extend the service life of the fastener system.

Product Packaging & Delivery
The WJ-8 Rail Fasteners System is packed in a flexible knitted mesh bag, with a waterproof Oxford cloth lining sewn at the bottom of the mesh bag to prevent puncture from sharp parts. The mesh bag filled with fasteners is tied and placed in a PP plastic storage box with handles. Anti-static flannel is laid in the box, and different mesh bags are separated by pull-out transparent plastic partitions. The box cover is locked with a rotating buckle for easy inventory and transportation.
