When using WJ-12 fastener, do not use the pre-embedded iron seat for sleeper position adjustment or track adjustment operations, so as to avoid damage to the pre-embedded iron seat.
If there is a small amount of vertical and horizontal irregularities, the preset height-adjusting pad can be removed, the under-rail pad can be replaced, and the height-adjusting pad under the gauge baffle can be inserted.
For vertical adjustment operations, remove the preset height-adjusting pad and adjust by replacing under-rail pads of different thicknesses at the same time.
When fine-tuning the vertical position of the rail, under-rail pads of different thicknesses can be replaced. The thickness of the under-rail pad should not be greater than 11mm, and it must not be used in a stacked manner.
When the vertical position adjustment amount of the rail is greater than 5mm, the height-adjusting pad under the gauge baffle can be inserted. The height-adjusting pad under the gauge baffle consists of two pieces, which are inserted from both sides of the sleeper respectively. During installation, the teeth should be engaged. The thickness should not exceed 11mm, and the number should not exceed 2 pairs. When the height adjustment amount is greater than 5mm, type Ⅱ T-bolts shall be used.
During use, the gap between the front lower jaw in the middle of the elastic clip and the insulated gauge block should not be greater than 2mm. If the fastener is loose, it should be retightened in time.
If any fastener components are found to be damaged during use, they should be replaced in time.
Nuts and T-bolts should be regularly oiled, and corresponding measures should be taken to slow down rusting.
