Its structural composition mainly includes key components such as E-type spring clips, insulating gauge blocks, rubber pads, and embedded iron seats. The E-type spring clip is the core buckling part. Through ingenious design, it uses its own elasticity to generate strong buckling pressure to tightly buckle the rails on the sleepers. Different types of E-type spring bars, such as E1609, E1809, E2007, etc., differ in size, buckle pressure and applicable scenarios. The insulated gauge block is used to accurately adjust and maintain the gauge, and at the same time acts as an insulator to reduce the corrosion effect of current passing through the rails on components such as sleepers. The rubber pad plays a key role in buffering and shock absorption. When the train passes through the track at high speed, it can effectively absorb the huge impact energy generated between the wheels and the rails, reduce the vibration of the track structure, and not only extend the service life of various components of the track, but also improve the stability and comfort of the train operation. The embedded iron seat is installed in the sleeper to provide stable support and a reliable connection foundation for components such as the E-type spring bar.
