Super strong load-bearing capacity is its core advantage. The deadweight of 75KG/m is combined with micro-alloy steels such as U75V, with a yield strength exceeding 400MPa and a tensile strength of more than 700MPa, which can withstand the continuous impact of trains with axle weights of 30t and above. In a 10,000-ton heavy-duty train formation, a single rail needs to carry the superimposed loads of dozens of carriages at the same time. Its thickened rail waist (15% thicker than the 60KG heavy rail) optimizes the moment of inertia of the section and increases the bending moment dispersion ratio by 20%, avoiding plastic deformation of the rail head or fracture of the rail waist. ​

The wear resistance is suitable for heavy-duty and high-frequency working conditions. After full-length quenching treatment, the surface hardness of the rail head reaches 380-420HBW, which is 30% higher than that of ordinary heavy rails, and the wheel-rail contact fatigue life is extended to more than 30 million gross weight ton-kilometers. On lines such as the Daqin Railway with an annual transportation volume of more than 400 million tons, its wear resistance can extend the rail replacement cycle to more than 10 years, reducing the maintenance frequency by 50% compared with 50KG heavy rails. ​


Structural stability ensures long-term smoothness of the line. The rail bottom width of the 75KG heavy rail reaches 150mm, and the contact area with the sleeper increases by 18%. With the elastic fastener system, the lateral resistance is increased to more than 12kN/m, which can effectively resist the expansion of the track gauge caused by the centrifugal force of the train in the curved section. Its symmetrical cross-section design makes the overlap error between the center line of the rail head and the center line of the rail bottom ≤1mm, reducing the serpentine deformation of the track caused by wheel-rail eccentric loading. ​

System adaptability enhances the synergistic effect of heavy loads. When combined with fasteners such as Deenik spring bars and 10.9-grade high-strength bolts, a composite system of "rigid load bearing + elastic buffering" can be formed. In the heavy-duty railway seamless line, the rail end quenching layer has a depth of 10-15mm, which can withstand the axial force generated by the thermal expansion and contraction of the rails. It can be used with adhesively bonded insulating joints to achieve a stable connection of ultra-long rail sections of more than 200km, providing a continuous and smooth running surface for heavy-duty trains. ​
