The rail clip is one of the most critical components of the fastening system. Through its own bending and torsional deformation, it generates clamping force acting on the rail. This effectively ensures a reliable connection between the rail and the underlying track foundation structure.
Although they usually escape notice, there are about 7,000 of its counterparts per kilometer of track. Their reliability is directly related to railway operational safety.

Me and My Companions
We come from an automated rail clip production line. It enables the intelligent, automated flow production of rail clips, capable of manufacturing clips of different models. Now, let's see how we "adventure through the levels"!

Originally, I was just a piece of ordinary spring steel. After being heated in the medium-frequency heating furnace, I must conquer three levels to forge exceptional capabilities.
Level 1: High-Temperature Forging, Triple the "Pressure"
When heated to a scorching 900 to 1000 degrees Celsius, I'm sent to the forging base (forging and forming zone). After undergoing three stamping processes, my basic shape is formed.

First Stamping: Forming

Second Stamping: Forming

Third Stamping: Forming
Level 2: Low-Temperature "Bath", Tempering the Body
Freshly formed, I slide down a "slide" into the quenching tank.
After a plunge into cold water lasting over 40 seconds, I successfully develop a robust, "hardened physique".
Level 3: Tempering Reforging, Toughening the Frame
Next, I ride the conveyor belt into the tempering furnace for another round of "fire refinement". This process makes my body significantly "tougher". Thus, a qualified rail "fastener" is manufactured.

The rail clip undergoes tempering in the tempering furnace.
The entire "adventure" process is controlled by PLC.
It is the intelligent control system of this automated production line.
Through its embedded software program, it commands the robotic arms and heating furnaces to conduct my "level training".
Therefore, it is rightly called the brain of this automated production line.

PLC - the intelligent control system of the automated rail clip production line.
After undergoing such intelligent "training," these rail "fasteners" boast first-rate quality. Once installed on the track, they reliably handle any challenge – whether enduring the harsh extremes of sweltering heat or bitter cold, or bearing the immense pressure of passing trains – with ease.
