The Fist Railway Fastener System mainly consists of three parts: spring steel clip, rail pad and insulating fixing pin.
As a key component of the system, the spring steel clip is made of high-quality spring steel and has excellent elasticity and strength. Its unique design shape enables it to tightly buckle the rail, like a powerful "arm", firmly fixing the rail in the preset position. During the operation of the train, facing huge dynamic loads and frequent vibrations, the spring steel clip effectively absorbs and disperses energy with its own elasticity, preventing the displacement and creeping of the rail, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth operation of the train, especially for high-speed and heavy-load railway lines.

Rail pads are usually made of rubber or other highly elastic and wear-resistant materials and are placed between the rails and the sleepers. It is like a "buffer pad". When the train passes, it can greatly buffer the impact and vibration of the wheels on the rails and reduce the rigid contact between the rails and the sleepers. This not only reduces the wear rate of both, prolongs the service life of rails and sleepers, but also effectively reduces the noise generated by train operation, improves the environmental comfort along the railway, and plays an indispensable role in various railway lines, especially on busy passenger and freight trunk lines.

The insulating fixing pin undertakes the dual key tasks of fixing and insulation. It is generally made of strong and durable materials with good insulation performance. In terms of fixing, the insulating fixing pin firmly connects the spring steel clip, rail pad and other components together to ensure the stability of the structure of the entire fastener system; from the insulation point of view, in electrified railways, it can effectively prevent the leakage of current from the rails to the sleepers and the ground, avoid equipment damage and personnel electric shock caused by current leakage. Safety accidents, such as safety accidents, ensure the normal operation and electrical safety of the railway power supply system.
