1. Rail Joints
Used as bonded or non-bonded joints, available in GB, BS, AREMA, UIC, AS, African, and South American standards. Options include 4-hole (24") or 6-hole (36"), round/oval holes, and over 100 mold designs. Special rail fish plate like thermite-welded joints are also available.
2.Tie Plate
GNEE RAIL can manufacture all types of tie plates by either casting(welded or fabricated type), forging or rolling, applicable of different rail sections, for wooden, steel or concrete sleepers, depending on the load and rail standard, i.e. UIC 60, UIC 54, RN 45, 90 A, etc.
3. Rail Bolts
Used with nuts and washers for fastening, railway bolt including track bolts, fish bolts, frog bolts, anchor bolts, and tunnel bolts etc. GNEE RAIL supplies large volumes under different standards.
4. Dog Spikes
Standard sizes include 5/8"x6" and 9/16"x5-1/2", Cut spike typically packed in 50lb or 200lb barrels.
