The manufacturing process requires 12 steps including heating, rolling, straightening, and flaw detection. The flaw detection step uses ultrasonic and eddy current dual detection technology to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks and bubbles inside the rails, thereby ensuring product quality.

Product Packaging & Delivery

After packaging, a 72-hour humidity test is carried out to ensure that the internal relative humidity remains below 45%. All joints are sealed with hot melt tape to ensure complete waterproofing.
