GB crane rail export packaging adopts an economical and practical anti-rust solution. First, the surface of the rail is sandblasted, and anti-rust oil is applied immediately after the oxide layer is removed. Use 0.2mm thick industrial plastic film for mechanical wrapping to ensure that the surface of the rail is completely covered. The outer layer is wrapped with waterproof felt paper, and the joints are sealed with asphalt tape. Six galvanized steel strips are used for bundling, evenly distributed at a spacing of 1.5 meters, and tightened with manual baling pliers. The packaged rails are laid flat on a pine pallet treated with anti-corrosion in groups of 5, and anti-collision iron sheets are installed at the four corners of the pallet.
