Product Packaging & Delivery
After sandblasting, the rails are immediately coated with anti-rust grease, and then mechanically wrapped with a 0.15mm thick PE protective film. The outer layer is wrapped with moisture-proof kraft paper, and the seams are fixed with fiber tape. The strapping system uses 6 galvanized steel wires with a diameter of 6mm, and a ratchet-type tensioner is used to ensure firmness. Plastic protective sleeves are added to both ends of each set of rails to prevent damage to the ends during lifting.
