Product Introduction
Crane rails, namely P-type rails, comply with GB/T 2585 "Hot-rolled rails for railways" or GB/T 11264 "Light rails" standards. There are specifications such as P18/24/38/43/50. The numbers represent the width of the rail head. P-type rails of different specifications have different uses. P18/24 is mainly used for light cranes or small rails in workshops, such as medium-sized warehouse driving, automated three-dimensional warehouse rails, etc. P38/43/50 is mostly used in large factories or high-load occasions, such as bridge cranes, gantry cranes, metallurgical cranes and other heavy lifting equipment.
P-type cranes usually use U71mn (high manganese steel) and U75V (vanadium alloy steel), which have high wear resistance and impact resistance. Among them, U71mn is more economical and has lower cost.
