The core materials of GB heavy rails are U71Mn and U75V low alloy steels. U71Mn steel contains 0.9%-1.2% manganese, and the pearlite structure strength is improved through solid solution strengthening of manganese elements. The packaging and transportation of heavy rails adopts the "three-dimensional grid bundling method".
