60kg/m national standard high-strength railway special rail is a type of rail commonly used in railway track construction. It is mainly used in ordinary railways, heavy-load railways, high-speed railways and other scenarios. Production process
Smelting: Steelmaking is carried out by converter or electric furnace, and the raw materials are strictly screened and batched, the chemical composition of molten steel is accurately controlled, and impurities, gases, etc. are removed through refining and other processes to ensure the purity of molten steel.
Rolling: The universal rolling process is usually adopted. Through multiple rolling passes, the steel billet is gradually rolled into the shape of a 60kg/m rail. During the rolling process, the rolling temperature, speed and reduction are controlled to obtain good organization and performance.
Heat treatment: Some 60kg/m rails will use online heat treatment technology, such as residual heat quenching, etc., to further improve the strength, hardness and wear resistance of the rails by rapidly cooling and tempering the rolled rails.
