Product Introduction

50kg/m U71Mn heavy rails have the characteristics of high cost performance. U71Mn is a medium manganese low alloy rail steel with increased manganese content on the basis of the chemical composition of carbon steel. Compared with some high alloy rails, its alloy element content is relatively low, the production cost is low, and it has a high cost performance. The tensile strength is not less than 880N/mm², and the elongation after fracture is not less than 9%. It has good strength and toughness, and can withstand the pressure, impact load and friction during train operation.
Application scenarios:
This type of heavy rail is usually used for general railway trunk lines, branch lines, and urban rail transit lines. For example, in some railway lines with large traffic volume but not particularly high driving speeds, as well as some lines of urban subways, 50kg/m U71Mn heavy rails are widely used due to their high cost-effectiveness.
