GB heavy rails are heavy rail products that meet national standards and are mainly made of low-alloy steels containing alloy elements such as U71Mn and U75V. The optimized manganese content of U71Mn steel enables the heavy rails to have good comprehensive mechanical properties and meet the operating requirements of ordinary passenger and freight trains; U75V steel has a tensile strength of over 900MPa through micro-alloying of vanadium elements, and still maintains good toughness at low temperatures of -40℃, making it suitable for high-cold areas or heavy-load transportation.

In order to improve the economy and practicality of packaging, a graded bundling scheme is adopted when packaging 38KG heavy rails. Short-gauge rails are bundled in groups of 8 to 10 and long-gauge rails are bundled in groups of 4 to 6. Thin steel wires are used to fix the layers to prevent stacking and sliding, and then high-strength steel belts are used for outer bundling. The spacing between the steel belts is controlled at about 1.3 meters.
Universal anti-rust oil is used for anti-rust treatment. The steel rails are fully absorbed through the soaking process. After being taken out and drained, they are first wrapped with a layer of kraft paper to protect the anti-rust oil film, and then covered with transparent plastic film to facilitate quick inspection of the status of the goods during transportation.
