The standard loading capacity of a 20-foot container is 24 tons, and that of a 40-foot container is 28 tons. Before loading, a special anti-skid mat is laid on the bottom of the box, with a friction coefficient of not less than 0.65. The rails are loaded in layers, with 100×100mm anti-skid wood placed between each layer. After loading, nylon straps are used for cross-fixing, with the spacing between the straps not exceeding 1.5 meters. The temperature inside the box is controlled between -20℃ and 50℃, and the relative humidity is kept below 60%. After loading, a stability test is performed with a 30-degree tilt for 2 hours.
