Raw material preparation

Heating furnace heating
The steel billet enters the heating furnace and heats to 1100-1250℃, so that the steel billet reaches the plastic deformation temperature, which is convenient for subsequent rolling.
Rolling forming

Cooling and straightening
After rolling, cool naturally through the cooling bed to avoid internal stress caused by rapid cooling; then eliminate the bend through the straightening machine to ensure the straightness of the rail.
Cut to length
According to the 5-12m specification requirements, cut to length using a saw or flame, and polish the end surface.
Quality inspection
