WJ-8 railway fastener system is an important member of the high-speed railway fastener system, mainly suitable for ballastless track structure with shoulder guard. Its components are rich and diverse, and each component performs its own function to jointly ensure the stable operation of the track.

 

The spiral spike passes through the spring bar, iron pad and other components from top to bottom and screws into the embedded sleeve to apply stable buckling pressure to the spring bar; the spring bar provides the force to tighten the rail, and the rail pad is placed under the rail to provide the main elasticity and transfer the train pressure to the cast steel pad. The iron pad bears the vertical, lateral and longitudinal forces transmitted from the spring bar and the rail pad, and transmits the vertical force to the ballastless track through the rubber pad below or the height adjustment pad, and the lateral force is transmitted to the shoulder guard through the gauge block.
