The SKL14 spring rail fastening system is a mature and reliable rail fixing device in railway track engineering, mainly used to firmly anchor the rails to concrete sleepers or track plates. The system consists of standard components such as heat-treated 60Si2MnA spring steel spring bars, ductile iron gauge baffles, polymer material insulating gaskets and anti-loosening fasteners. The system adopts a three-level pressure adjustment design, which can accurately control the buckle pressure within the range of 10±2kN according to different line conditions, while allowing the rail to achieve a longitudinal displacement of ±6mm under temperature stress. The device is specially designed with an anti-flip structure and self-locking function, which can effectively prevent the spring bars from loosening under long-term vibration loads. After rigorous fatigue testing and verification, it can still maintain more than 90% of the initial performance indicators after 3 million cycles under the standard load spectrum.
