Production technical process
Raw material preparation: Select spring steel that meets the standards, such as 60Si2CrA, 60Si2MnA, etc., and inspect the chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface quality of the materials to ensure the quality of the raw materials.
Forging: Heat the steel to a suitable temperature, use the die forging process, and gradually form the basic shape of the spring bar through multiple stamping and forming to obtain good internal structure and mechanical properties.
Machining: Machining the forged spring bar, including end processing, screw hole processing, etc., to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the spring bar to meet the design requirements.
Heat treatment: Quench and temper the machined spring bar to improve the strength, hardness, toughness and elasticity of the spring bar so that it meets the specified mechanical performance indicators.
Surface treatment: Surface treatment of the spring bar is performed as needed, such as painting, galvanizing, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the spring bar and extend its service life.
Quality inspection: Use a variety of inspection methods, such as appearance inspection, dimension measurement, hardness inspection, mechanical property test, non-destructive testing, etc. to conduct comprehensive quality inspection on the spring bars to ensure that the products meet relevant standards and customer requirements.
Packaging and warehousing: Pack the spring bars that have passed the inspection, usually in cartons, pallets, etc., and then store them in the warehouse and wait for shipment.
