Product Introduction

The SKL14 spring rail fastening system belongs to the ballastless track fastening system and is a separate fastener for sleeper track plates without concrete shoulders.

Its main structural features include: separate screw holes are provided at both ends of the ribbed base plate, which are connected to the sleeper/track plate through ballast bolts; the ribbed base plate is provided with a T-bolt insertion seat and rail shoulder, and the elastic rail clamp is fastened by tightening the nut of the T-bolt; horizontal and lateral adjustments are made using eccentric tapers of different sizes; the height of the rail can be adjusted by inserting height-adjusting rail pads.

The components of this system include SKL spring bars, SS35 spiral spikes, flat washers, plastic pins, guide plates, rail pads, etc. The materials used for each component, such as spring bars, commonly use 60Si2CrA, etc., spikes have different material grades to choose from, guide plates use reinforced nylon 66, etc., and rail pads use EVA or rubber.
