Product Introduction
The KPO fastener system is a mature railway track fastening device, including KPO3, KPO6, and KPO9 products of different grades. The system consists of KPO clips, sleeper anchor bolts, cylindrical head bolt nuts, wave springs, and double-layer insulating pads. The clips are made of Q235 steel by stamping, and the bolts are made of 40Cr alloy steel.
It is mainly used in railway freight yard tracks to keep the tracks stable during heavy-load cargo transportation. Its advantages are high strength and wear resistance. The production process covers steel forging, precision turning, blackening treatment, and insulation component assembly.
K-type rail fastening system is usually a gusset fastener system. After some improvements and special designs, it can also be applied to wooden sleeper tracks.
Structural composition: generally composed of gussets, threaded spikes, nuts, washers, pads and other components. The gussets are used to buckle the rails, and the gussets are connected and fixed to the wooden sleepers through the threaded spikes. At the same time, the pads can buffer the impact of the train load on the wooden sleepers and reduce the wear and deformation of the wooden sleepers.
