Before packaging and transportation, the GB crane rails are first polished to allow the anti-rust oil to adhere more evenly to form a protective film. Then they are packaged in a "sandwich" style, with the inner layer covered with kraft paper with an anti-rust coating, the middle layer wrapped with pearl cotton to provide cushioning, and the outer layer heat-sealed with a PE plastic film with excellent waterproof performance. The rails are stacked in a "two horizontal and three vertical" manner and are spirally wrapped and bundled with plastic-coated steel wire. The plastic coating can prevent the steel wire from scratching the rails and enhance the anti-rust performance. Finally, a rainproof tarpaulin is installed on the top of the bundled rail group to prevent rain erosion during transportation.
