Product Introduction
The Fatc Clip track fasteners system is a mechanical connection device specially designed for railway tracks, achieving a tight connection between rails and sleepers (or ballast beds). It consists of elastic fasteners, connecting parts and rubber pads.
The elastic fasteners provide elastic buckle pressure, the connecting parts realize the connection between components, and the rubber pads provide shock absorption and noise reduction. The system can effectively limit the deformation of the rails, enhance the integrity and stability of the track, and adapt to the high-speed and heavy-load operation requirements of trains.

- Spring Clip: There are many types of spring clips, such as Fc1504, Fc1502 and Fc1306. The spring clip is a key component that provides buckle pressure and fixes the rail to the sleeper through its own bending and twisting deformation.
- Insulating Cap: Installed on the spring clip, the insulating cap provides insulation and protection of the spring clip, preventing the current from being conducted through the spring clip and reducing the wear and corrosion of the spring clip.
- Embedded Base: The embedded base is pre-buried when making the sleeper, providing an installation position for the spring clip so that the spring clip can stably buckle the rail and form an integral structure with the sleeper.
