Product Introduction
The railway fastener system is a mechanical connection device specially designed for railway tracks to achieve a tight connection between rails and sleepers (or ballast beds). It consists of elastic fasteners, connecting parts, rubber pads, etc. The elastic fasteners provide elastic buckling pressure, the connecting parts realize the connection between components, and the rubber pads play a role in shock absorption and noise reduction. System composition
Spring clip: There are many types such as Fcl504, Fcl502 and Fcl306. It is a key component that provides buckling pressure and fixes the rail to the sleeper through its own bending and twisting deformation.
Insulation cap: Installed on the spring clip, it plays the role of insulation and protection of the spring clip, preventing the current from being conducted through the spring clip, and reducing the wear and corrosion of the spring clip.
Embedded base: It is pre-buried when making the sleeper to provide an installation position for the spring clip, so that the spring clip can stably buckle the rail and form an integral structure with the sleeper.
Insulating gauge block: It is located between the embedded base and the rail, used to adjust the left and right position of the rail, and plays the role of electrical insulation to ensure the normal operation of the track circuit.
Rubber pad: It is placed between the rail and the sleeper, has good elasticity and shock absorption performance, can buffer the impact force generated by the train running, reduce the wear of the rail and the sleeper, and extend the service life of the track.
